Le Joyau enforces a strict anti-fraud policy. All orders are subject to full verification. We prosecute credit card fraud to the full extent of the law. If you attempt to place an order using stolen payment information, forged identities, or someone else’s personal or financial details:

• We employ advanced fraud detection systems, human oversight, and layered verifications to ensure that every order placed is true in name, intent, and cardholder consent.
  
• Orders placed with stolen payment methods, false identities, or unauthorized billing addresses will be investigated and reported without hesitation to the appropriate authorities.
  
• We log IP addresses, device identifiers, and transaction fingerprints. They are kept quietly, in the dark, until needed.
  
• Your access to our site will be permanently banned and your order will be cancelled.
  

Chargeback fraud—lacing an order, receiving it, then disputing the charge—will result in permanent blacklisting, and when necessary, legal recourse.

This is not a game. We are a small, independent luxury brand. We protect our clients, our creators, and our name. If you are not the legitimate cardholder, do not place an order here.
