Allow me to introduce myself—though I suspect you already know me in some way. I am the founder, curator, and quiet steward behind Le Joyau. By profession, I am an antiques restorer, though I often find that term lacking. I spend my days restoring what time has tried to erase—oil paintings, ivory-inlaid cabinets, baroque mirrors dulled by dust and age.
I don’t move with the world’s pace. Never have. I’ve always been drawn to what others overlook—the quiet corners, the forgotten rooms, the soft decay of old beauty. Le Joyau was born from that instinct. Not as a business, really, but as a wish to bring beauty—true beauty—back to a world that insists on convenience and soulless trends. We exist for the romantics, the readers, the reclusive dreamers, the ones who still light candles on rainy days.
